Hello I purchased my first Harley last week with the help of Garrett as our salesman. I just want to take a moment and say how much I appreciated his help. He spent time showing me bikes and answering my questions on several occasions before I actually purchased. He is patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. Lulu in finance was also very friendly and easy to work with. I also would like to point out how much I like dealing with Chris in the parts dept; he is particularly good at public relations and has taken care of my needs promptly. I am from Florida and had just completed a Coast to Coast run from Florida in 42 hrs. Needless to say I was tired. But maintenance on the bike comes first. The folks at Biggs Harley Davidson were great and very accommodating, they had me in and out in no time. Oil change and full inspection, there waiting area was great, very comfortable etc. even met some very interesting people. Thanks Biggs!!

Another great day in Southern California for a Harley ride. First adventure to Biggs for service of important items for my Harley. On entry to service department I was met by Kieran who checked out my bike then wrote up the service order. He was very professional, friendly and courteous. I advised I would wait for the bike and I was asked if I wanted to leave my riding jacket with helmet at the desk. I said yes and walked into the main floor browsing at everything in stock. I mentally itemized what I'd need for upcoming trip. All floor staff were pleasant friendly and helpful. A couple of hours later my bike was ready per Josh. Josh was very good in answering my questions and very professional. I want to thank the tech Michael for a job well done and another customer friendly Harley day at Biggs. Keep up the fine service.

Decided to upgrade to a new Limited Ultra. Got preapproved at my bank, so all I needed to do was decide on color and a place to buy it. Shopped around some local stores and picked my color. Prices and salesmen were not very appealing at other places. Called Biggs on a whim from a conversation with a friend (previous customer). Got lucky and spoke to Garret over the phone and he took great care of me. Not only a class act but extremely knowledgeable and personable. Needless to say he gave me an UNBEATABLE price so I drove away with my new ride. Ask for Garret, you wont be disappointed !!!!!!!!

Another adventure at Biggs. The parts department was exceptionally super great in recommending products for an upcoming two week trip to Sturgis. Chris was patience and understanding of all the questions I was asking and he answered them all. I recommend Biggs to anyone for customer service and support. Happy Fourth!

Buying any large purchase is hard enough but when you have sales people trying to shove numbers down your throat it makes it worse,when I came here that was not the case.
I Had a appointment with Cody and showed up a little late,he didn't have any problem with that and right away asked me questions about what I was looking for,took me on a couple test rides and made sure I understood my choices,not once did he pressure me and make me feel uncomfortable,and when push came to shove I gave him numbers I thought he couldn't get,thinking he would try to get me around that area in payments and what do you know this man worked magic and got me what I wanted,no back and forth negotiations or desperate tactics,he just did his job and put me on a brand new bike,I recommend this place to any Harley buyer....

Ask for Cody Hogan!!!I picked Biggs Harley because I took my riding course through them (which was awesome). Highly recommend!!Initially I began looking for a bike online (like most people) and once I thought I was ready I filled out an application, etc., etc.. I called in and ended up speaking to Cody Hogan; however, I realized I was not entirely ready to buy. This is what I appreciated about Cody... He didn't pressure me, give me a hard time or call me several times after. He gave me my space which I appreciated so much that when I was ready the only person I wanted to to was Cody. I'm writing this recommendation very late but if you go to Biggs find Cody. I was and still am a new rider but during the test rides and buying process he made me feel at ease. I had gone to San Diego Harley and the Sales guy didn't even want me to ride it off the parking lot because I was a new rider. I felt embarrassed by that and disappointed. Cody on the other hand told me to go bond with the bikes. Take off and enjoy it. I test rode 3 bikes and fell in love with the last one. I love my bike, satisfied with what I paid and enjoyed the entire experience. It's the first time I can say I enjoyed the staff and my sales rep at a dealership. I ended up having to take my bike in shortly after I bought it but Biggs was great about the process and handled everything right away. Biggs Harley Davidson ... Ask for Cody Hagan!

To whom it may concern, thought I would drop a line to express my extreme pleasure with the way Biggs Harley Davidson conducts their business. I went to the dealership this morning to pick up a few accessories along with the items I needed to do an oil change. There were four employees at the parts counter, unheard of at other dealerships, and not only was the employee friendly and helpful, he was able to confirm that the accessories I picked up matched to my bike. I was also offered assistance by your sales staff when I was browsing outside. Every time I come down, it is a pleasant experience. I purchased a 2015 Ultra Classic and a 2016 Sportster 48 from your dealership this year and the entire experience has been terrific!! Keep up the great job.

My Harley exhibited rough idling and the engine would stall at intersections. I could restart it and it would die at the next intersection. I road it to Biggs and the tech determined the cause, ordered the part and within a few hours i was back on the road for another thrilling Harley ride. The service department and parts department personnel are very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend Biggs to my friends.

I just got my bike fixed at Biggs and I couldn't be happier! Maili the service writer was very helpful. She was a pleasure to work with and returned all my calls and put my concerns to rest. i had gone to another dealer to buy the bike and it was a living hell of an experience. I just wanted to let everybody at the dealership know how pleased my wife Karyn and I are with the level of service we receive every time we visit the dealership. We bought a 2015 Ultra Classic Low on January 12, 2016 and have been to the dealership many times since to purchase clothing and accessories. I would like to commend Danny Boy Powell for the EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE that he provided when I bought my T Bars all the parts needed for self-installation. He made sure that I understood the entire process and gave me tips on how to complete my project on my own. One of the parts was not in stock and he gave me a precise estimated date of arrival. Another employee that I would also like to commend is Mark Bradley. I already bought two bikes from Mark and referred at least 4 people that also purchased bikes from him. He is just a top-notch sales guy that will give you straight answer and communicates well when I have questions regarding my motorcycle. I will keep referring my friends and family to Mark Bradley.This is what really sets you guys apart from other Harley Dealership in the Riverside/San Diego area. I noticed that the staff at Biggs are more willing to help and provide useful information. I am more comfortable shopping at your location and proud to say that Biggs is my go-to HD dealer.
