Redesigned Softail® Frame

The Sport Glide is the latest addition to the Softail family, one of Harley-Davidson’s most beloved line of motorcycles. This means you’ll get the classic Softail features with a few extra bonuses. Softail motorcycles rely on hidden monoshock rear suspension for cleaner lines and better handling. You’ll also get the distinctive Softail look that you can customize to fit your style.

The Sport Glide adds a few things to the class Softail bike. It has a 34% stiffer frame than previous Softail models and it’s much, much lighter. This means you’ll have a bike that’s more responsive when the going gets tough, like around hard lines and sharp corners, and you’ll still stay in total control. But don’t let the lightweight fool you. Because of high-performance suspension, you won’t lose momentum or control when you add on extra weight for your touring adventures.

Milwaukee-Eight® Engine

As promised, we’ve included a brand new engine for a brand new bike, the Milwaukee-Eight® 107 engine. With over a century of engineering and riding experience packed into this engine, the Milwaukee-Eight 107 engine is an electronically fuel injected V-Twin engine built to keep your bike roaring and tearing down the road. It provides massive torque and responds faster from 0-60 mph and 60-80 mph. It’s also completely counterbalanced so you’ll have minimal vibration without losing any of that Harley® growl. Plus, it’s slimmer profile makes it a perfect fit for the sleeker Sport Glide. It’s the engine to perfectly match this versatile bike.
